Women’s Groups Forming Soon

FACT is planning to create new women’s groups, based on expressed interests.

We plan that this will be a supportive group for women experiencing transitions and challenges in health, work, family and other relational settings.

Participants will learn to use mindful self compassion, and solution-based strategies.

The group(s) will meet at the FACT offices at 1401 Westwood Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90024

Date and time will be determined by participants. Current proposed time is Wednesdays at 5:30
