Supported Living Services (SLS)
Supportive Living Services (SLS) consist of a broad range of services to adults with developmental disabilities who, through the Individual Program Plan (IPP) process, choose to live in homes or apartments they themselves lease or occupy in the community. SLS helps with common daily living activities and emergencies*, becoming a participating member in community life, managing personal financial affairs, assistance with selecting and moving into an apartment or home, choosing personal attendants and housemates as well as other supports.

- Health and Medical Needs
- Social/Emotional Recreational Component/Mobility Training
Regional Center Consumer or Private Pay (sliding scale)
Consumers with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Intellectual Disability, Developmental Disability, Cerebral Palsy, and/or other developmental disability diagnosis
Ages 18 to 40; Male or female
