Lethia Perry

Lethia has served with FACT for over 3 years and has made significant contributions in Human Resources and Administration.  She has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources serving as a Business Partner with companies in industries such as, Insurance, Pharmaceuticals, Logistics and Entertainment.  Lethia is a Chapman University graduate with a degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Human Resources.  Her partnerships with Non-Profit Organizations have been keyed to ensuring opportunities where all can Thrive in an Inclusive Environment. Lethia considers herself a Servant Leader, loves life and shining positive light.  Self-Care for her is writing, gardening, traveling, music, concerts and spending time with family and friends

Spencer has been active in various nonprofits for over twenty years. His financial career spans more than 30 years from the back office of EF Hutton to a bond trader at City National Bank. Spencer finished his undergraduate degree in business and economics at Pepperdine. After ten years, he returned to Pepperdine to earn an MBA and a Master’s in Finance. He subsequently held the position of Financial and Operations Principle/Controller for seven years at a boutique investment banking firm. Spencer has been working with FACT since 2019.

Denisse Pena

With nearly a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Denisse Peña, holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Channel Islands, and a master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis from National University. Denisse joined FACT in 2021 to develop and manage our School Based Services Program that provides 1:1 behavioral support to students on the Autism Spectrum or other learning challenges, all throughout the Los Angeles Unified School District. Prior to her time at FACT, Denisse oversaw the training of behavioral interventionists and worked primarily with children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. She provided direct clinical work including consultation on the design and implementation of treatment plans for children on the autism spectrum, or other learning behavior assessments, provided school observations, and collaborated with IEP and IFSP teams. With her contagious passion and unwavering commitment to creating equal access to education for children who have disabilities or vulnerable needs, Denisse has a strong understanding of school-based program development.

Tina Castro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Applied Psychology: Education from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master’s degree in Social Work from California State University, Northridge. Tina joined FACT in 2015 to develop and manage a regional center contracted program in the North Los Angeles region. The program specializes in supporting young adults as they transition into college and independent living. Prior to this, Tina worked extensively with young adults, adolescents, and children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Through her experience and training, she brings a strength-based, client-centered focus to her service plans. She has a strong understanding of adult services and program development. Tina currently oversees the Adult and Employment Services Department at FACT.

Heiry Perez

Heiry Perez holds a bachelor’s in psychology from California State University, Long Beach. She is also certified in Supported Employment and Person Center Planning. For the past 10 years Heiry has contributed to the development and expansion of educational and vocational programs within FACT and is dedicated to promoting inclusion in all community settings.
